The Millimandl people live happily ever after in a small town. Actually, the situation is ideal: they work just enough to live comfortably, cultivate their spare time, devote themselves extensively to their children and celebrate a party almost every night.One night it makes “bumbum” outside and Willi falls out of his bed. The next morning, the adults have changed and the children don’t get answers to their questions anymore. Willi hides in his father’s bakery and lifts the secret: A giant threatens the Millimandl people, forcing them to take care of him and to make him presents. And he is boundless. It is clear to the children that things can’t go on like that - they take the lead and, with a creative trick, transport the giant back to where he came from.
